What we collect

To run the service we store your account details (name, work email, identity-provider ID), the list of devices you enrol and their network metadata (device name, OS, assigned address, last-seen time), and connection logs showing which device accessed which service and when.

What we don't collect

Traffic between your devices is end-to-end encrypted. We never see, store or inspect its contents, and relays only forward encrypted packets.

Where data lives

Account data and logs are stored in the EU (Frankfurt). Log retention depends on your plan and can be shortened at any time from the admin console.

Your rights

You can export or delete your organisation's data from the admin console. Deleting the organisation removes all associated records within 30 days.

Terms of service

• The Starter plan is provided as-is, without an uptime guarantee.
• Paid plans are billed monthly or annually per active user and can be cancelled at any time.
• You are responsible for the policies you configure and for the devices you connect.
• Using the service to attack, scan or disrupt third-party networks is not allowed and leads to account termination.
